Attendance and Cancellation
All cancellations should be made via the Student Portal.
Music Lessons, Studio Recording Sessions, & Artist Development Sessions that are canceled with at least 24 hours notice will not be charged. If you have already paid for the lesson, the cost of the lesson will not be deducted from your prepaid balance and will remain in your account as a credit towards your next unpaid lesson. No-shows and appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged full price.
Rock Bands, Jazz Bands, and Orchestral Ensemble programs consist of eight (8), 90-minute Rehearsal Sessions over an eight (8) week program period. Rehearsal Sessions require the attendance of a more than half of the Band/Ensemble members in order to be held. If a Rehearsal Session will not have more than half the members in attendance, it will be canceled and Feagin’s Fretboard will notify all Band/Ensemble members via phone, text, and/or email. If Feagin’s Fretboard has been given at least 24 hours notice that the minimum will not be met, a Rehearsal Session Make-up Credit will be issued. Rehearsal Session Make-up Credits can be used between time of issue and one (1) week following the final Rehearsal Session of the program period, after which they will expire. If no notice or less than 24 hours notice has been given, no Make-up Credit will be issued for the Rehearsal Session.
If Feagin’s Fretboard has to cancel a lesson for any reason other than those outlined above, students will be notified via phone, text, and/or email and they will not be charged for the lesson. If they have already paid for the lesson, the cost of the lesson will not be deducted from their prepaid balance and will remain in their account as a credit towards their next unpaid lesson.
Invoices are due within 7 days of issue. A late fee of $15.00 will apply to invoices which are not paid within 14 days.
Exceptions may be made for extenuating circumstances at the discretion of Feagin's Fretboard staff.
