Focus
Lessons are tailored to both the demands of the instrument and the needs and interests of the student. Elements teachers may incorporate include but are not limited to: books, tablature, reading music, music theory, songwriting and composition, audio recording, and the use or development of supplemental digital resources.

Location
Feagin’s Fretboard operates out of seven studios in the heart of Civano in Southeast Tucson. Three studios are equipped for audio recording and band practice.
Recitals
Four seasonal recitals are held each year in the Civano Rotunda, just steps away from the Fretboard studios. Students may participate in recitals at the recommendation of their teachers and/or at their or their family’s request.

Billing
All services are paid via Autopay. Card or bank account information is collected during registration, and registrants select their preferred payment format:

Prepaid monthly autopay, charged on the 1st

Prepaid monthly autopay, charged on the 15th

Postpaid weekly autopay, charged the following Monday
Feagin's Fretboard services are eligible for Empowerment Scholarship Account reimbursement.

After completing the registration form, new students will receive an email welcoming them to the Student Portal - our scheduling, billing, and communications platform. Students and parents can use the portal to:

The Student Portal Calendar lists all available lesson times for your chosen instrument(s) and/or instructor(s). Select your preferred time and click register to secure your spot. You may register for single or recurring lessons. If you are seeking
60-minute or biweekly lessons, a staff person must schedule for you - text (520) 820-5847 or wait for one to reach out to you.
Cancellation Policies
All cancellations must be made directly by students and/or parents via the Student Portal. No-shows and lessons canceled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged full price. (Exceptions may be made for extenuating circumstances at the discretion of Feagin's Fretboard staff.) If you have given 24+ hours cancellation notice for a prepaid lesson, its cost will remain in your account as a credit towards the next unpaid lesson.
If a teacher needs to cancel a lesson, staff will attempt to secure a substitute or reschedule. If this is not possible, the student and/or parent will be notified via phone, text, and/or email, and the lesson will not be charged for. If the canceled lesson was prepaid, its cost will remain in your account as a credit towards the next unpaid lesson.
